Team-Work-Away

Sometimes, THE UPCYCL team gets out of town to get into the zone.

THE UPCYCL kickstarted the new year by taking a work-away trip to a cozy holiday house.

Here, we spent four days together. We delved deep, stayed focused on our processes, and made significant progress. We tackled some major projects during the trip, including the development of our brand-new tool, the Industrial Waste Calculator. Furthermore, we delved into the intriguing realms of personality types, company culture, OKRs, and goal-setting.

Of course, it wasn't all work and no play. In between brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings, we treated ourselves with great food, enjoyed the beauty of nature, engaged in small inspirations and talks, and ended each day with a relaxing SaunaGus.

 We were spoiled by the beautiful settings and surroundings of a Landfolk holiday home, and we definitely return as a wiser and stronger team.
